Monitoring

If events occur in the infrastructure, the servers or defined services, it is not only important to forward these events to the network operation center, but also to initiate the correct countermeasures there.

With our event monitoring system we can receive and detect events reactively and proactively. After that, a simple notification can be logged or an entire incident process can be triggered.

In addition to our internal event management, we also offer the possibility of an alarm message to selected engineers of the customer. This can be done using the following techniques, among others:

  • Service Alert Email
  • SMS to all networks
  • Alerts to common messengers (XMPP, Jabber, Telegram) or interfaces (Slack, ...)
