German Level3 colocation located near Munich airport

Our colocation in the Level3 computer centre is located in the beautiful eastern suburbs of Munich, and complies with the latest security standards. The innocuous-looking centre is surrounded on all sides by a metal fence, with round-the-clock video surveillance. Access to the facility 24 hours a day is via a personalized transponder card with PIN verification. Further progress as well as access to the colocation area itself are only possible by means of a biometric access control.

Naturally, the colocation area is fully air-conditioned, with individual cabinets being ventilated through special grooves from the floor up. Power supply to the units is secure via a redundant power network for the building and for the additional UPS equipment. At the same time, several pre-warmed diesel generators are installed at this facility to ensure an uninterrupted power supply even if the municipal power were to be turned off for several days.

Each rack at this colocation is equipped with a cooling capacity of up to 2000 Watts. Redundant power cabling of up to 16 A capacity is available on request.

In addition, the close proximity of our offices to the computer centre ensures we can provide fast reaction times in case of service incidents or other emergencies. For this reason, our 24-hour emergency support is a service also used by many other customers of the computer centre.
